Train station shuttle

New: Car-free at Weissensee – train station shuttle to and from Greifenburg

For the first time there is a shuttle bus this summer serving all guests traveling on trains arriving at or departing from the Greifenburg-Weissensee train station (minibus connection, no bicycles allowed).

During the peak season (July 7 – September 8, 2012) this service is free of charge for guests staying the night at Weissensee (arrival and departure).

The price for day guests is €2.00 per person and route.

During the off seasons (May 5 Whitsun – July 6, 2012 and September 9 – September 23, 2012 nature reserve festival) free shuttle bus service is available only to guests staying the night at Weissensee (arrival and departure). Service for day guests is not available during this period (for transportation service, please refer to the official public transport schedule).

Here's how it works:

• The landlord or the guests themselves request service at least one hour in advance by calling the reservation number.
• Guests staying the night are collected at the station directly and brought to their travel destination at Weissensee, or picked up there and taken to the station.
• Day guests board the nature reserve bus at the Kreuzwirt stop (to and from).
