Slow Fish at Lake Weissensee
Wild fish fishing and preparation from nose to tail for hobby chefs instructed by Toque chef Hannes Müller
Wild fish in the shoals of Lake Weissensee are not so easy to catch. Wild fish fishing is special in every respect: limited, sustainable and of outstanding quality. This also explains the surprise that Toque chef Hannes Müller from the gourmet hotel "Die Forelle" has in store for you at his Slow Fish Workshop. Even if the probability of getting a real Weissensee wild fish like the whitefishes into the net is high, the fish can also come from the near-natural fish farm to the kitchen. There, the chef will show you the most diverse ways of preparing (wild) fish. Skin-fried, slow-cooked, poached or marinated raw – all parts of the fish are always processed in the best possible way without leaving any waste. The hobby chefs can enjoy a finger food sample of all the cooking methods in the kitchen.
