The new Weissensee PremiumCARD
One lake - one card
Infrastructure and mobility included: The new Weissensee PremiumCARD starts with December 2020 and includes all main infrastructure offers as well as all public transport in the region and will create unforgettable holiday moments in summer as well as in winter.
Arrive and get started: The new Weissensee PremiumCARD is exclusively available in the participating partner businesses. It will be handed to you personally by your host when you arrive at the Weissensee. The card can be used immediately and is valid until midnight on the day of departure.
Winter 2020/21: Weissensee PremiumCARD included services
- Arrival and departure with the station shuttle from and to Greifenburg station from 18.01.2021 to 14.03.2021
- Weissensee nature park bus from 18.01.2021 to 07.03.2021
- Weissensee cable car from 18.01. to 30.01.2021
- Free use of the ice rinks and cross-country ski trails
The Weissensee PremiumCARD is also available as a weekly card for â‚¬ 56.-. However, this card does not include the services of the Weissensee cable car in the period between 6th and 30th January. From the winter season 2020/21, there is a fee for the use of the ice rinks and cross-country ski trails (overnight guests â‚¬ 5.-/day, day guests â‚¬ 7.-/day).
SUMMER 2021: Weissensee PremiumCARD included services
- Arrival and departure with the station shuttle from and to Greifenburg station from 01.05. to 01.11.2021
- Weissensee nature park bus from 08.05. to 17.10.2021
- Weissensee cable car (including mountain bike transport) from 08.05. to 17.10.2021
- Weissensee cruise from 08.05. to 17.10.2021
The Weissensee PremiumCARD is also available as a weekly card for â‚¬ 120.- and includes all services listed above.
General terms and conditions
The Weissensee PremiumCARD is a personal card and cannot be passed on to others. A breach of this regulation leads to the immediate blocking of the card.
By purchasing this card, you agree to the use of the personal data you have provided. These are used exclusively to ensure the functionality of the Weissensee PremiumCARD during your stay. A passing on of the data to third parties is excluded. Otherwise the legal regulations of the DSGVO apply.
Loss or defect of the card
In the case of loss or defect of the card it immediately gets blocked. You will receive a new card with the already used services transferred to it.
Breakdown or non-operation of the services
In case of non-operation of the services, no refund will be granted.
Refund of the card
In case of illness (medical certificate) and early departure, the Weissensee PremiumCARD is blocked. There is no right to receive a refund.
The individual services which this card enables you to consume are provided by legally independent companies (= service providers). The accommodation facility or company which sells the Weissensee PremiumCARD only operates as a representative for the service providers. Only the respective service provider is therefore obliged to provide the individual services and to pay damages in the event of any incidents.
