Brotbacken beim Wanderniki

For more than 50 years, the beloved bread has been baked at Wanderniki, famous far beyond the valley borders. This art of bread-making has since become part of the UNESCO cultural heritage.
Using fine natural sourdough, quality flour and water, along with selected spices, it is baked together according to Grandma Rosa's recipes.
The bread along with the recipe is available to take home.
