All family tickets 2 adults and all children belonging to the family (born after 1 January 2009 ,
they travel at a reduced rate!

The family relationship must be proven through the presentation of an ID from which the age of the children belonging to the family (born between 2009 and 2018) can be clearly proven.

High season:  16 December 2023 to 10 March 2024

Discounts: For school groups except for Sundays and bank and school holidays, 1 accompanying adult for free for each 12 pupils, for groups of 15 and more people, approx. 10%.

Ski passes: Tickets for children, teens, and senior citizens with the presentation of photo ID! From 4 days with photo - photo booths at the cashier's counter

Children: Everyone born after 1 January 2009 is considered to be a child. Children born after 2019 sitting on the laps of their parents do not require a ticket.
Teens: Everyone born between 1 January 2005 and 1 January 2009 is considered to be a teen.
Senior citizens: Everyone born before 1 January 1959 is considered to be a senior citizen.

All tickets are handed out only on contact-free keycards. Deposit € 5.00. When you return it undamaged, you will obtain a full refund of the deposit.

Refund only in case of multi-day ski passes: After sports accidents - only with a doctor's note.

Sales and transportation conditions:
All tickets are non-transferable! Lost tickets are not reimbursed. There are no reimbursements if the lifts are closed due to bad weather or other events. When attempting to use the lifts without ticket or whilst abusing the use of tickets, charges will be pressed and the ticket will be taken away immediately. The instructions of the lift personnel must be followed.
