Fascination Fish & Lake – Experience Nature Park Up Close
Experience the impressive nature of the Weissensee Nature Park from a new perspective and discover the fascinating underwater world.
Together with our experienced Nature Park Rangers, you will explore the lake directly from the boat. You will gain exciting insights into aquatic ecology as well as interesting information about our native fish species, their habitats, their adaptation strategies, and the importance of a functioning ecosystem. Using plankton nets and visibility depth measurements, we will also investigate the underwater world together and learn firsthand how research at the lake works.
In addition to interesting information about the underwater world and local fish farming, you will experience the impressive landscape of the lake up close. The tranquility and power of the water make this excursion a successful combination of nature experience and knowledge and promote a conscious approach to our environment. Afterwards, you will gain insights into fish processing and preparation.
