Holy Bouquets - For centuries, herb bouquets – also called spice bundles or herb bunches – have been tied and blessed in church on the Assumption of Mary. This tradition is deeply rooted in folk healing, the spiritual plant world of TEM (Traditional European Medicine), and ancient seasonal festivals.

The herb bunch is more than just a simple bundle of medicinal plants: Each plant carries its own symbolism, healing power, and story. Together they form a powerful bundle of protection and healing for home, yard, and family.

This workshop will guide you through the history, symbolic language, and healing properties of the most important herbs in the bunch – inviting you to preserve and rediscover this living tradition. From the plants of the monastery garden, a personal herb bunch will be created – tied together from knowledge, symbolism, and your own craftsmanship.
