Snowshoe Hike - Following Nature's Trail
Experience an unforgettable snowshoe hike in the idyllic Weißensee Nature Park. Our experienced ranger will guide you through the snowy landscape as you track the footprints and trails of wildlife and learn about their survival strategies. The snowshoe hike offers the perfect opportunity to experience the winter beauty of the Weißensee Nature Park while developing a deeper understanding of wildlife and nature conservation. Along the way, you will stop at the Naggler Alm. Let yourself be enchanted by the magic of nature in winter!
Note: If there is no snow, the hike will take place with mountain boots and crampons.
Dates: Wednesday, January 7, January 14, January 21, January 28, February 25, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – approx. 2:00 PM Duration: 4 hours
Meeting Point: Techendorf/Mountain Railway Valley Station (ascent & descent with the Weißensee cable car)
Equipment: solid, warm mountain shoes, weatherproof clothing as well as gloves, wind protection
Costs: Adults: €22,- / Children up to 14 years: €15,- excluding cable car –
Costs for ascent & descent (Adult €21.8/ Child €15.8)
(With Weißensee Premium Card from January 7, 2026 – January 30, 2026 including ascent)
Services: guided hike by a specialized guide, crampons, snowshoe and pole rental

Cancellation Information: Free cancellation until 4:00 PM the day before is possible. For cancellations received later, 50% cancellation fees will be charged.
