Workshop - “Spring Awakening in the Herbal Kitchen”
Basic knowledge of wild plants for everyone. Wild herbs are the
original forms of our cultivated plants, rich in important substances and very
healthy. Together, we will prepare a delicious, energy-rich spring menu.
With herbal educator Elfriede Mazzarella-Kerschbaumer and nature park ranger, we
will be at the farm with a basket and scissors, on the trail of wild (un)weeds.
The understanding of biodiversity and the importance of protecting rare and
protected plants are essential for the preservation of biodiversity and the
sustainable development of our ecosystem.
