Brotbacken beim Wanderniki

For more than 50 years, the highly popular bread has been baked at Wanderniki, reaching far beyond the valley borders. Meanwhile, this art of bread baking in the Lesachtal has been recognized as an intangible UNESCO cultural heritage.
Using fine natural sourdough, quality flour, and water, along with selected spices, we bake together according to Grandma Rosa's recipes...

The bread along with the recipe is available to take home.
