What does true connection feel like? To ourselves. And to others.
In this partner yoga workshop, we invite you to slow down together with another person, breathe deeper, and step out of everyday life for an evening. It's not about perfect poses or athletic performance, but rather about trust, lightness, presence, and shared experiences. The focus is on the joy of moving together.
You can expect a creative and unconventional practice featuring flowing sequences, supported stretches, playful balance and partner exercises, as well as moments of stillness and connection. Sometimes powerful, sometimes quiet, sometimes challenging – but always with plenty of room to breathe and feel.
All people welcome. No prior yoga experience required.
You can come as a couple, friends, siblings, or simply as two people who want to experience something new together.
Even if you want to participate alone, you are warmly welcome – for the partner exercises, we will find suitable pairings on-site so that everyone can fully enjoy the experience.
