Regionswertungsspiel Oberkärnten - Konzert- u. Unterhaltungsmusik

On April 11 and 12, 2026, the town hall in Kötschach will become the musical meeting point for brass music in Upper Carinthia. The Carinthian Brass Band Association (KBV) invites you to the regional competition for concert and entertainment music – and around 1,300 musicians from the districts of Spittal/Drau and Hermagor are expected.

On both days, the competition begins at 09:00, and at the end of each day, the award ceremony will take place. For two days, the diverse brass music work of our region will be in the spotlight – publicly accessible and experienceable for all interested parties.

30 bands – a strong signal for Upper Carinthia

A total of 30 bands from the region of Upper Carinthia will present themselves to the jury. Two associations – from Stall and Seeboden – will even compete twice and additionally participate in the categories of Polka, Waltz, and March.
