You can expect a varied "WorkIn" of calm sequences, deep stretches, playful inversions, and unusual variations of familiar asanas. It's not about performing or achieving something. Rather, it's about shedding burdens, breathing more freely, and feeling alive again in the present moment. Perhaps you won't find the perfect pose. But maybe a little more of yourself.
