Yoga in the Herb Garden – Sensing. Lightness. Being.

Together we practice yoga amidst nature – fluidly, mindfully, and with plenty of space to feel. Gentle movements, soothing stretches, conscious breathwork, and moments of silence support you in coming from the head into the body and discovering new lightness.
The herb garden becomes more than just a beautiful place. The power, scent, and diversity of the plants remind us how healing simplicity can be and how much vitality lies in the small moments.
This workshop is an invitation to have less to do for a moment and to be more. To ground yourself, recharge, and return to your everyday life with new clarity and lightness.
Suitable for all people – with or without yoga experience.
